About The Position
BAYADA is seeking new graduate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. The Nurse Residency Program is designed to help new nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA focuses on one-on-one patient care, offering flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, and electronic charting. They provide in-depth paid training from day one, award-winning simulation labs, and support to work close to home with around-the-clock clinical support. The Nurse Residency Program is accredited by the ANCC. As a non-profit organization, BAYADA prioritizes quality care. Clinical Managers provide thorough training to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. They care for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their passions. Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.

- Participate in in-depth paid training.
