About The Position

Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha is expanding and building a brand new, state-of-the-art facility and need to fill vital positions! Our team is growing, and we have seen a heavy increase in sales, and we need an enthusiastic manager to join our team! New Vehicle Sales Managers are responsible for profitability in the new vehicle departments and customer retention. To achieve this, they must effectively manage sales personnel, have a strong knowledge of the market, and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments' financial data as well as strong customer relations skills. A Boucher Sales Manager is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards in every aspect of the job.

Requirements

  • At least a year in a dealership sales environment, but retail experience in any sales industry merits consideration.
  • Must be comfortable managing people.
  • Management personnel require strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors, as they represent the dealership.
  • Required to maintain the department's profitability while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Understand and keep abreast of the federal, state, and local regulations that affect their operations, but must also comply with these regulations.
  • Must possess a valid state sales license.

Responsibilities

  • Hiring and managing consultants, conduct daily sales meetings, and sales training.
  • Overseeing standards for the facility and new vehicles
  • Planning and executing community and partner business promotions.
  • Managing the supply, inventory, and marketability of new vehicles.
  • Reviewing forecasts and profits for your department with the General Sales Manager.
  • Working with the General Sales Manager on advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs, lease promotions, and compensation plans.
  • Appraising vehicles.
  • Overseeing the productivity and growth of the Internet Sales Team.
  • Attending to customer issues and driving a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Issuing demonstration vehicles and ensuring that dealership records are maintained.
