About The Position

We’re looking for a New Car Sales Manager who doesn’t just manage—but produces, trains, and closes. This role requires a results-driven leader with a proven track record in automotive sales, who knows how to desk deals, drive gross, and lead a team to hit and exceed targets.

Requirements

• Proven success as a Sales Manager in automotive (CDJR experience a plus)
• Strong desking skills with a focus on maximizing front-end gross
• Ability to lead from the front and take TOs early
• Track record of hitting volume AND gross objectives
• High accountability mindset with a passion for developing a team
• Experience managing internet, showroom, and phone opportunities
• Basic computer skills required to maintain CRM
• At least 3 years of Automotive Management Experience
• AffinitivXRM, CDK, vAuto experience a plus
• Proven track record
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Able to work individually as well as part of a team
• Must meet dealerships requirements for employment which include background check and drug screening
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable based on driving record
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
• Must be punctual and reliable

Responsibilities

• Desk deals and structure profitable transactions
• Work directly with customers to close deals when needed
• Train and develop a high-performing sales team
• Ensure strong follow-up, CRM usage, and process adherence
• Drive performance across showroom, phone, and digital leads
