We help staffing and recruiting firms fight fraud, identify top talent, and confidently market that talent to Fortune 500 companies and the best employers in the world. Requirements

  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a high-volume outbound role
  • You're relentless about hitting activity targets and genuinely enjoy the hunt
  • You're coachable, competitive, and energized by working in a fast-paced environment

  • You're more interested in earning equity and impact than climbing a predetermined ladder

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to experiment with new channels, messaging, and GTM plays
  • Own outbound prospecting to staffing and recruiting firms, from initial research to booking qualified meetings
  • Build and refine target account lists, identifying the right companies and the right people within them
  • Craft personalized outreach that cuts through the noise and speaks to real pain points in technical hiring
