About The Position

Wil-Ro, Inc., a manufacturer of high-quality truck bodies for various industries since 1973, is seeking a New Business Account Manager. This role focuses on identifying and converting new business prospects into distributor partners, managing sales forecasts, and reporting on new business progress. The position requires active participation in sales meetings, accurate data logging in Salesforce, and creating sales quotes. Requirements

  • On-site: Monday – Friday, 7AM – 4PM CST
  • Willing to travel up to 7 days per month
  • Attend all Wil-Ro trade shows

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business prospects to convert into two new distributor partners per quarter.
  • Prepare a weekly forecast on current sales.
  • Provide a new business report weekly to track the status of new business prospects.
  • Attend and contribute to daily sales meetings.
  • Log all communication and customer information into Salesforce and ensure accuracy.
  • Create sales quotes, with correct product information, to provide to customers.
