About The Position

Cintas is seeking a New Account Installer to ensure new customers are highly satisfied with Cintas products and services. The role coordinates the initial delivery of products to new customers after an account is sold, installs and repairs bulk product dispensers, and ensures uniforms, floor mats, and other products are placed in a location agreed upon with the customer. The installer sets a tone of excellent service for each customer relationship, drives a company-owned van or truck between customer locations, and lifts, walks, and delivers products within customers’ businesses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Meet Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 pounds.
• Before the first day of employment, have an active driver’s license, be at least 21 years of age, obtain DOT medical certification, and provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry.
• Route sales experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Plumbing experience.
• Availability to start within two weeks after an offer is made and accepted.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and Cintas departments to arrange the initial product delivery after an account is sold.
• Install and repair bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools.
• Leave uniforms, floor mats, and other products in a mutually agreed-upon location at the customer’s site.
• Provide excellent service and set a positive tone for each customer relationship.
• Drive a company-owned van or truck to and from new customer locations.
• Lift, walk, and deliver new products within customers’ businesses.
