About The Position

Cintas is seeking a New Account Installer to help ensure new customers are highly satisfied with Cintas products and services. The role coordinates initial product deliveries after an account is sold, installs and repairs bulk product dispensers, and places uniforms, floor mats, and other products in locations agreed upon with the customer. The installer sets a standard of excellent service in each customer relationship, drives a company-owned van or truck to and from new customer locations, and lifts, walks, and delivers products within customer businesses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Meet all Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 pounds.
• Have an active driver's license before the first day of employment.
• Be at least 21 years of age before the first day of employment.
• Obtain DOT medical certification before the first day of employment.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment before the first day of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry.
• Route sales experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Plumbing experience.
• Availability to start within two weeks after an offer is made and accepted.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and Cintas departments to arrange initial product delivery after an account is sold.
• Install and repair bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools.
• Place uniforms, floor mats, and other products in a mutually agreed-upon location at the customer's site.
• Provide excellent service and set a positive tone for each customer relationship.
• Drive a company-owned van or truck to and from new customer locations.
• Lift, walk, and deliver new products within customer businesses.
