New Account Installer
About The Position
Cintas is seeking a New Account Installer to ensure new customers are highly satisfied with its products and services. The role coordinates initial product deliveries with customers and other Cintas departments after an account is sold. It also involves installing and repairing bulk product dispensers, placing uniforms, floor mats, and other products in locations agreed upon with the customer, and establishing a high standard of service for each customer relationship. The installer drives a company-owned van or truck to new customer locations and lifts, walks, and delivers products within customer businesses.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Meet all Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
- Have an active driver's license before the first day of employment.
- Be at least 21 years of age before the first day of employment.
- Obtain a DOT medical certification before the first day of employment.
- Provide documentation regarding previous employment before the first day of employment.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry.
- Route sales experience.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Plumbing experience.
- Availability to start within two weeks after an offer is made and accepted.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the initial delivery of products with customers and other Cintas departments after an account is sold.
- Install and repair bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools.
- Place uniforms, floor mats, and other products at a mutually agreed-upon location at the customer's business.
- Set a tone of excellent service for every customer relationship with Cintas.
- Drive a company-owned van or truck to and from new customer locations.
- Lift, walk, and deliver new products within customer businesses.
