About The Position

Cintas is seeking a New Account Installer to help ensure new customers are highly satisfied with its products and services. The role coordinates the initial delivery of products after an account is sold, works with customers and other Cintas departments, and establishes a high standard of service for each customer relationship. The installer drives a company-owned van or truck to new customer locations, installs and repairs bulk product dispensers, and leaves uniforms, floor mats, and other products in a mutually agreed-upon location at the customer's business. The work also involves lifting, walking, and delivering new products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Meet all Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 pounds.
• Have an active driver's license before the first day of employment.
• Be at least 21 years of age before the first day of employment.
• Obtain DOT medical certification before the first day of employment.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment before the first day of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry.
• Route sales experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Plumbing experience.
• Availability to start within two weeks after an offer is made and accepted.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate initial product deliveries with customers and other Cintas departments after an account is sold.
• Install and repair bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools.
• Place uniforms, floor mats, and other products at a mutually agreed-upon location at the customer's business.
• Set a tone of excellent service for every customer relationship with Cintas.
• Drive a company-owned van or truck to and from new customer locations.
• Lift, walk, and deliver new products in customer businesses.
