About The Position

Cintas is seeking a New Account Installer to ensure new customers are highly satisfied with Cintas products and services. The role coordinates the initial delivery of products after an account is sold, installs and repairs bulk product dispensers, and places uniforms, floor mats, and other products at locations agreed upon with the customer. The installer sets a tone of excellent service in each customer relationship, drives a company-owned van or truck between new customer locations, and lifts, walks, and delivers products within customer businesses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Meet Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Before the first day of employment, have an active driver's license, be at least 21 years old, obtain DOT medical certification, and provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry.
• Route sales experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Plumbing experience.
• Availability to start within two weeks after an offer is made and accepted.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and Cintas departments to arrange initial product deliveries after an account is sold.
• Install and repair bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools.
• Place uniforms, floor mats, and other products in a mutually agreed-upon location at the customer's site.
• Provide excellent service and set a positive tone for customer relationships.
• Drive a company-owned van or truck to and from new customer locations.
• Lift, walk, and deliver products within customer businesses.
