New Account Installer
About The Position
Cintas is seeking a New Account Installer to help ensure new customers are highly satisfied with its products and services. The role coordinates initial product deliveries with customers and other Cintas departments after an account is sold. It also involves installing and repairing bulk product dispensers, placing products such as uniforms and floor mats in locations agreed upon with customers, and establishing a high standard of service in each customer relationship. The installer drives a company-owned van or truck to customer locations and lifts, walks, and delivers products within customers’ businesses.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Meet all Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
- Have an active driver's license before the first day of employment.
- Be at least 21 years of age before the first day of employment.
- Obtain a DOT medical certification before the first day of employment.
- Provide documentation regarding previous employment before the first day of employment.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry.
- Route sales experience.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Plumbing experience.
- Availability to start within two weeks after an offer is made and accepted.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate initial product deliveries with customers and other Cintas departments after an account is sold.
- Install and repair bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools.
- Leave uniforms, floor mats, and other products in a mutually agreed-upon place at the customer’s location.
- Set a tone of excellent service for every customer relationship with Cintas.
- Drive a company-owned van or truck to and from new customer locations.
- Lift, walk, and deliver new products in customers’ businesses.
