About The Position
Riverside Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Neurologist to join our team at Riverside Neurology Specialists in Smithfield, Virginia. This exciting opportunity is based in a state-of-the-art medical office building adjacent to the new Riverside Smithfield Hospital, opening in January 2026. This position is primarily outpatient, with some inpatient coverage responsibilities, and is part of Riverside’s expanding Comprehensive Neuroscience Program, which serves multiple regions including Williamsburg, Middle Peninsula, Peninsula, Eastern Shore—and now Smithfield. You’ll join a team of board-certified neurologists, many of whom are fellowship-trained or have advanced specialty training. You’ll have access to cutting-edge tools and a collaborative, multi-specialty environment.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- Licensed to practice medicine in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
- Valid DEA registration
