We are currently seeking a board certified/board eligible Neurologist to join our inpatient team in Franklin County, PA . What you can expect: Provide inpatient neurology services primarily at WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital as well as Waynesboro Hospital just 20 minutes away Services provided include ED consults and Inpatient consults No acute stroke coverage, we have teleneurology in place Flexible Schedule: Monday through Friday or 7on/7off Role offers opportunity for some outpatient work Weekend call is shared among 4 Neurologists WellSpan Chambersburg and Waynesboro Hospital Highlights: Our hospitals in Franklin County provide leading-edge care for a community of 156,000 residents. Upon Hire Required and Completion of a Neurology residency. Upon Hire Required and Must qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of York Hospital. Upon Hire Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Teaching skills.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
• Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required
• Diplomate of the American Board of Neurology or the American Osteopathic Board of Medicine. Upon Hire Required
• Completion of a Neurology residency. Upon Hire Required
• Must qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of York Hospital. Upon Hire Required
• Teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient neurology services primarily at WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital as well as Waynesboro Hospital just 20 minutes away
