Requirements
- 2 years Freeman Health internal IT experience OR 2 years external server administration role or equivalent.
- Clean driving record.
- Current driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Cisco based network equipment.
Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility for IT issues, device set up, and trouble shooting of the school based telemedicine program.
- Assists as directed in the maintenance of wired and wireless network communications.
- Assists with phone configuration and trouble shooting.
- Uses knowledge of Wi-Fi/LAN/WAN systems to assist in maintaining internal and external networks.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under general supervision.
