As a Network Run Specialist, you will oversee and optimize the company’s network operations to support smooth, efficient transportation and delivery of goods. Network management and logistics expertise will help maintain high-quality service levels and customer satisfaction. Requirements

Proven experience in network management, logistics, or supply-chain operations, preferably in a fast-paced and complex environment.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to travel as needed to oversee network operations at different locations.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in supply-chain management, logistics, operations management, or a related field.
Advanced degree or relevant certifications.
Proficiency in supply-chain and logistics software and systems, such as transportation management systems (TMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize the supply chain network, including transportation routes, warehouse locations, and distribution strategies, to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service.
Monitor network performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures.
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to forecast demand, plan capacity requirements, and optimize resource allocation.
Develop and maintain relationships with transportation providers, logistics partners, and suppliers; ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and negotiate terms and rates.
Identify and mitigate potential network risks and disruptions by implementing contingency plans and establishing alternative routes or suppliers.
Review and improve processes and systems using technology and data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and supply-chain visibility.
Collaborate with procurement, operations, warehousing, and customer service teams to align network strategies with business objectives and support end-to-end supply-chain operations.
Stay current with industry regulations, trade policies, and customs procedures to ensure compliance and minimize transportation risks.
Generate reports and analysis on network performance, cost optimization, service-level agreements, and operational metrics, and provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders.
