Network Manager HCS
About The Position
MHMR is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Network Manager HCS. The position directly supervises and manages field-based HCS Service Coordinators, ensuring compliance with the Remote Work Operating Procedure, Service Coordination Guidelines, HCS Rules, Targeted Case Management, departmental procedures, and handbooks. The manager oversees assigned HCS Service Coordinators to support adherence to TAC guidelines and accessibility to stakeholders, and provides coaching while monitoring productivity, quality, and performance. The role also serves as a liaison to people who served, families, HHSC, DSHS, MCOs, NFs, MHMR Tarrant staff, and community members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; the defined education field is Health and Human Services.
- Five years of experience in Health and Human Services.
- Two years of supervisory experience.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License.
