About The Position
This role involves providing network engineering and consulting services. The selected contractor will be responsible for Windows Server administration, Group Policy management, PowerShell scripting, and Active Directory support, including both on-premises and Azure AD environments. Access to necessary systems and technology will be provided through a virtual desktop, but the contractor must supply their own equipment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with Windows Server administration and support
- 3-5 years of strong proficiency in Group Policy (GPO)
- 3-5 years of PowerShell scripting
- 3-5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory (on-prem and Azure AD)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Quest KACE for endpoint management, software deployment, and compliance reporting.
- Experience with Linux Server
- General understanding of Hitachi Storage (HNAS/HDI) or similar enterprise SAN/NAS environments
- Experience with Citrix Presentation Server or XenApp environments
- Network Certification - Network Plus or CCNA
