About The Position

This role involves providing enterprise desktop support and customer service, with a focus on network endpoints. The technician will be responsible for desktop administration, system administration, and utilizing tools like SCCM, MDM, and GPO. The consultant must provide their own equipment, but access to a virtual desktop environment will be provided.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems/Technology Management OR 5+ years of experience as a Network Technician
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise desktop support and customer service
  • Skilled in desktop administration for Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • 3+ years of experience in System Administration
  • At least 3 years of experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), MDM (Mobile Device Management), and GPO (Group Policy Object)

Nice To Haves

  • Good understanding of desktop support concepts for the enterprise as it relates to troubleshooting network endpoints
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management: AirWatch, Microsoft Intune
  • Experience with Lansweeper
  • Any of the following certifications: A+, Network+, Security+, MCSA: Windows 10

Responsibilities

  • Provide enterprise desktop support and customer service.
  • Troubleshoot network endpoints.
  • Perform desktop administration for Windows 10 and Windows 11.
  • Engage in System Administration tasks.
  • Utilize SCCM, MDM, and GPO for system management.
