About The Position

The NetSuite Solutions Manager is the internal expert and primary owner of EPS Learning’s NetSuite platform, accountable for its long‑term health, scalability, and usability. This role spans administration, configuration, development, and business analysis, serving as the critical link between the Technology team and the business functions that rely on NetSuite every day. You will own and continuously optimize our ERP/Finance, CRM, and eCommerce capabilities; triage and resolve system issues through Jira; and translate complex business needs into scalable, well‑governed NetSuite solutions that support company growth. This is a senior, hands‑on functional leadership role. The NetSuite Solutions Manager is the platform owner responsible for both execution and structure—setting standards, establishing governance, and directly delivering solutions when needed. Success in this role requires deep NetSuite expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to balance strategic oversight with practical, hands‑on work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience spanning administration, configuration, and at least some development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in NetSuite CRM: lead and opportunity management, quote and sales order workflows, activity tracking, contact/customer records, dashboards for sales teams, and data hygiene.
  • Strong NetSuite ERP experience: financial configuration, approval workflows, order management, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience integrating NetSuite CRM with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar), including lead sync, lifecycle management, campaign attribution, and data flow governance.
  • Experience using Jira to triage and manage system requests, including maintaining thorough ticket documentation and resolution notes.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, manage projects, and deliver solutions across multiple business teams.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with thorough attention to detail; able to diagnose and resolve integration and data issues independently and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
  • SuiteScript 2.x development experience (workflows, automations, RESTlets, custom integrations).
  • Experience with SuiteCommerce or eCommerce connector configuration.
  • Strong working knowledge of at least one leading marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), with experience supporting CRM integration and campaign operations.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in a SaaS, EdTech, or similarly structured company.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve NetSuite or CRM operations (e.g., workflow automation, anomaly detection, reporting enhancements, or support triage).

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day NetSuite administration: user management, roles and permissions, custom fields, forms, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, and reports.
  • Own NetSuite platform governance, including configuration standards, documentation quality, data integrity expectations, release coordination, and change management.
  • Serve as the primary NetSuite technical expert, personally delivering customizations, SuiteScript, integrations, and automation when appropriate, while setting standards and determining when external support is justified.
  • Function as a business analyst: triage inbound Jira tickets, maintain thorough ticket documentation and resolution notes, gather requirements, translate business needs into NetSuite solutions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders across finance, sales, and operations.
  • Lead and manage NetSuite projects including enhancements, integrations, and new module deployments — from requirements through UAT and production release.
  • Maintain and improve ERP processes including financial configuration, approval workflows, revenue management, fixed assets, demand planning, and order management.
  • Own and deliver NetSuite configuration and automation, including workflows, custom fields, saved searches, and related process enhancements.
  • Support Suite Commerce configuration and integrations, coordinating with external consultants where needed.
  • Manage relationships with external NetSuite vendors and partners; ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Stay current on NetSuite releases and new functionality; proactively identify and recommend platform improvements.
  • Maintain clear, accessible documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
