About The Position

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Solutions Consultant to lead solution design, discovery, and client engagements across multiple industries. This role requires deep functional and advisory expertise in NetSuite, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. The ideal candidate is confident leading discovery and demo sessions, performing solution scoping, designing proofs of concept, and providing accurate project estimates.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge in advanced accounting topics such as Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), SuiteProjects, SuiteBilling, Multi-Book Accounting and strong understanding of financial processes.
• Strong domain expertise in at least two of the following industries: Construction, Services, SaaS.
• Proven ability to lead discovery sessions/client workshops.
• Strong experience delivering product demos and engaging stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of NetSuite modules and SKUs.
• Experience in scoping solutions and building project estimates.
• Familiarity with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).
• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of NetSuite Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (executive-level engagement).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer) are a plus.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to gather and analyze business requirements across finance, operations, and industry-specific processes.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations – out of the box and/or tailored to client use cases.
• Design and propose end-to-end NetSuite solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Create tailored proof of concept (POC) designs, if needed.
• Perform solution scoping, effort sizing, and develop detailed project estimates.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of any proposed custom solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses and solution presentations.
• Stay updated on NetSuite product releases, modules, and licensing (SKUs).
