About The Position

Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Neonatologist to join their nationally recognized team at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies in Orlando, FL. This is an opportunity to practice at the forefront of neonatal medicine in one of the largest and most advanced NICU programs in the country. The team serves over 1,900 NICU admissions annually within a 142-bed, Level IV NICU, working alongside 25 neonatologists and 7 NNPs. The role offers a fully supported environment with dedicated RN/RT teams, access to comprehensive pediatric and surgical subspecialties, and engagement with complex cases through a renowned Fetal Care Center. The position also includes opportunities for academic and professional growth, including a Neonatal Fellowship Program, mentorship, advanced training in POCUS and Neonatal Hemodynamics, and protected time for research, education, and clinical leadership development.

Responsibilities

Care for 1,900+ NICU admissions annually within a 142-bed, Level IV NICU
Practice alongside a robust team of 25 neonatologists and 7 NNPs
Work in a fully supported environment with dedicated RN/RT teams for delivery attendance, transport, and PICC services
Access comprehensive pediatric and surgical subspecialties through Arnold Palmer Hospital
Engage with complex, high-acuity cases through a renowned Fetal Care Center, including EXIT procedures and a Women’s Intensive Care Unit
Mentorship and teaching opportunities with residents and fellows
Advanced training in POCUS and Neonatal Hemodynamics
Protected opportunities for research, education, and clinical leadership development
