About The Position
The Standard Non Emergency Medical Van Driver safely transports ambulatory passengers to and from medical appointments and other authorized destinations. Drivers provide exceptional customer service while following company safety policies, transportation regulations, and operational procedures. The role involves assigned routes, assistance appropriate to each passenger’s approved service level, vehicle inspections and upkeep, trip documentation, communication with dispatch, required training, and participation in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug/alcohol testing.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow assigned schedules.

- Transportation or customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers on assigned routes.
- Assist passengers based on their approved level of service.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Communicate trip updates, delays, or incidents to dispatch.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
- Complete trip logs, manifests, and required documentation.
- Participate in required training and on-call rotation.
