About The Position

MedVoy Transport is hiring a reliable, responsible, and compassionate Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver. The driver safely transports clients, including seniors and individuals with disabilities, to and from medical appointments and other scheduled destinations. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, professional, and committed to excellent customer service. This is a part-time role, up to three days per week, paying $16–$20 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable assisting seniors and individuals with disabilities.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Must pass applicable background and driving record checks.

Nice To Haves

• Previous driving experience.
• NEMT or medical transportation experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from scheduled appointments.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Assist passengers with mobility needs, including wheelchair assistance when trained.
• Keep the vehicle clean and presentable.
• Follow assigned schedules and routes.
• Maintain accurate trip records.
