About The Position

ESP Painting is looking for a Neighborhood Marketing Coordinator to own and execute local, boots-on-the-ground strategies that fuel growth. This role involves being in the field, building teams, driving results, and turning neighborhoods into predictable revenue channels. The ideal candidate is competitive, organized, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where results matter. The primary responsibility is generating high-quality homeowner appointments at scale through various channels.

Requirements

  • Generate high-quality homeowner appointments at scale.
  • Lead and execute across multiple channels: Door-to-Door Canvassing, Flyer Delivery Program, Yard Sign Strategy, Events & Home Shows, Neighborhood Digital Presence, Outbound Support.
  • Recruit, train, and lead teams.
  • Set performance standards and coach in the field.
  • Personally produce (10–20 hrs/week in the field).
  • Hit weekly delivery and appointment targets.
  • Own routing, coverage, and performance tracking.
  • Deploy signs strategically.
  • Manage inventory, placement tracking, and coverage.
  • Plan and run local events and expos.
  • Train staff on scripts and lead capture.
  • Track ROI and continuously improve performance.
  • Engage in local Facebook groups and online communities.
  • Build trust and convert conversations into leads.
  • Maintain brand reputation at the neighborhood level.
  • Partner with calling teams.
  • Support appointment generation across channels.
  • Consistently hit weekly/monthly appointment targets.
  • Build and retain a high-performing field team.
  • Track numbers: cost per lead, set rate, close rate, ROI.
  • Create predictable, scalable neighborhood-level growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute Door-to-Door Canvassing: Recruit, train, and lead a team of appointment setters, set performance standards, coach in the field, and personally produce (10–20 hrs/week in the field).
  • Manage Flyer Delivery Program: Build and manage a flyer distribution team, hit weekly delivery and appointment targets, and own routing, coverage, and performance tracking by zip code.
  • Oversee Yard Sign Strategy: Deploy signs strategically to maximize visibility and inbound leads, manage inventory, placement tracking, and coverage, and sync with canvassing and direct mail efforts.
  • Plan and execute Events & Home Shows: Plan and run local events and expos, train staff on scripts and lead capture, and track ROI.
  • Engage in Neighborhood Digital Presence: Participate in local Facebook groups and online communities to build trust and convert conversations into leads, maintaining brand reputation.
  • Provide Outbound Support: Partner with calling teams on cold, follow-up, and reactivation lists and support appointment generation across channels.
