ESP Painting is looking for a Neighborhood Marketing Coordinator to own and execute local, boots-on-the-ground strategies that fuel growth. This role involves being in the field, building teams, driving results, and turning neighborhoods into predictable revenue channels. Requirements

  • Experience in D2D, canvassing, or team leadership (preferred, not required).
  • Ability to recruit, train, and motivate hourly/entry-level staff.

Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality homeowner appointments at scale through leading and executing across multiple channels.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of appointment setters for door-to-door canvassing.
  • Set performance standards for doors per hour, appointments, and close rates.
  • Provide in-field coaching, including role-playing, ride-alongs, and live feedback.
  • Personally produce 10–20 hours per week in the field.
  • Build and manage a flyer distribution team, hitting weekly delivery and appointment targets.
  • Own routing, coverage, and performance tracking by zip code for flyer distribution.
  • Ensure flyer execution aligns with the broader marketing strategy.
  • Deploy yard signs strategically to maximize visibility and inbound leads.
  • Manage yard sign inventory, placement tracking, and coverage.
  • Sync yard sign efforts with canvassing and direct mail campaigns.
  • Plan and run local events and home shows.
  • Train staff on scripts and lead capture for events.
  • Track ROI and continuously improve event performance.
  • Engage in local Facebook groups and online communities to build trust and convert conversations into leads.
  • Maintain brand reputation at the neighborhood level online.
  • Partner with calling teams on cold, follow-up, and reactivation lists.
  • Support appointment generation across all channels.
