About The Position

The ERP Senior Module Subject Matter Expert is responsible for planning, execution, integration, and sustainment oversight of SAP roll out and support activities in alignment with NAVSEA mission requirements, Navy ERP modernization strategy, and DoD business system governance. This role provides leadership across functional, user enablement, and data domains to ensure successful delivery of enterprise business capabilities. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience performing Navy ERP business office support functions
  • Prior experience managing programs supporting enterprise systems, financial management systems, or ERP environments within the Department of Defense.
  • Experience serving as Key Personnel on federal contracts and managing multi-disciplinary teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, integrate, and provide sustainment oversight of SAP roll out and support activities in alignment with NAVSEA mission requirements, Navy ERP modernization strategy, and DoD business system governance.
  • Provide leadership across functional, user enablement, and data domains to ensure successful delivery of enterprise business capabilities.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and synthesize complex textual and quantitative information to assess program performance, identify risks, compare alternatives, and develop actionable recommendations for process, operational, or policy improvements.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve complex programmatic, technical, financial, and operational issues, applying sound problem-solving methodologies and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare, review, and manage comprehensive program documentation, including plans, reports, metrics, briefings, schedules, and other contract deliverables in accordance with Government standards and timelines.
  • Support and oversee program planning, monitoring, and control activities, including status reporting, milestone tracking, performance metrics development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) policies, directives, and governing guidance, and the ability to apply those requirements to contract execution and decision-making.
  • Ensure Contractor compliance with applicable quality control, configuration management, security, and operational procedures, consistent with NAVSEA, DON, and DoD requirements.
