About The Position

Profuze Barber Kave is seeking a Natural Nail Technician who can also manage the front desk experience. This is a hybrid role for someone skilled with clients, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a men's-focused, multicultural grooming environment. The role involves providing manicure/pedicure services for a diverse, 95% male clientele and managing front desk operations, including greeting clients, booking appointments, answering phones, and ensuring the front of house runs smoothly. The company is a growing, modern men's grooming spa with a loyal client base, offering a clear path to full-time employment as clientele is built and retained.

Requirements

Licensed Nail Technician with a current Georgia license.
Comfortable and confident serving an all-male, multicultural clientele.
Friendly, professional, and reliable.
Ability to multitask between guest services and hands-on service.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of natural nail care products and techniques.

Nice To Haves

Prior salon/spa or customer service/receptionist experience.
Booking software experience.

Responsibilities

Provide men's manicures and pedicures (grooming-focused, no acrylics, gel enhancements, or nail art).
Perform nail shaping, cuticle care, callus/skin treatment, and hot towel service.
Maintain a clean and sanitized station according to state board standards.
Welcome clients and create a positive first impression.
Schedule and manage appointments using booking software.
Answer phones and messages.
Handle checkout and payments.
Perform light retail sales of grooming products.
Keep the lobby area tidy.
