About The Position

The National Warehouse Security Program Manager leads security operations across a growing nationwide network of high-value warehouse facilities. The role provides program governance, operational direction, financial oversight, and subject matter expertise, partnering with site leadership, operations teams, and client stakeholders to ensure consistent execution, regulatory and contractual compliance, operational excellence, and protection of high-value assets. The position is remote within the United States and requires regular travel to warehouse locations, with travel up to 50% to support business needs. The manager develops security standards and best practices, evaluates program performance, and leads continuous improvement. The role oversees operational performance, audits, budgets, forecasting, and financial reviews, and provides leadership and development support to warehouse security management personnel. The goal is to build consistent and scalable security programs that support continued growth of the warehouse network.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States.
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience leading multi-site security, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, operations, or asset protection programs.
Demonstrated success managing geographically dispersed teams and operations.
Experience overseeing budgets, forecasting, audits, and operational performance metrics.
Strong understanding of security risk management, physical security programs, and operational compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel regularly to warehouse locations throughout the United States.

Experience supporting high-value asset storage, distribution, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
Background working within large-scale corporate, technology, critical infrastructure, or client-service environments.
Experience managing contract-based service delivery programs and service level agreements.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight and governance for security operations across a national network of warehouse facilities.
Develop and maintain security standards, procedures, and best practices across locations.
Evaluate program performance and drive continuous improvement in operational effectiveness and risk mitigation.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for warehouse security operations and high-value asset protection.
Collaborate with Site Security Managers, regional leadership, and client stakeholders to align security requirements with operational goals.
Guide, coach, and support site leadership teams; build partnerships to identify risks, resolve challenges, and improve service delivery.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements, and operational standards.
Monitor operational performance metrics and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
Standardize security protocols and processes across warehouse locations.
Conduct operational reviews, audits, and assessments to validate program effectiveness.
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; monitor expenses against approved budgets and contractual requirements.
Coordinate audits, reporting, and financial reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify efficiency improvements while maintaining service quality and operational integrity.
Lead and provide performance oversight for warehouse security management personnel.
Support succession planning, talent development, and leadership capability building.
Foster accountability, safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
