About The Position

This is a remote position (United States). We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Executive to elevate the Sales function at Title21 Health Solutions. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving the strategy of a rapidly growing and well-capitalized healthcare technology company. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Title21’s ambitious growth plans as we continue to expand our footprint in the healthcare IT sector. Title21 is recognized for its industry-leading, paperless solutions that empower healthcare organizations to achieve operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Three or more years’ experience in a blood and marrow transplant program, cellular processing laboratory, cord blood bank, blood center, blood bank, contract manufacturing organization (CMO), research program or related services
  • Experience in an academic or industrial GMP environment / knowledge of GMP regulations
  • Working knowledge of clinical and utilization standards and terminology and regulatory landscape related to hematopoietic cell transplant and cell and gene therapies
  • Knowledge of current industry trends, clinical research, and therapy development in the advanced therapies space
  • Ability to analyze market trends and conditions, industry changes, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with high-level stakeholders (hospital and health system C-Suite, Executive and Senior Leaders).
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Stellar ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • The ability to adeptly balance strategic and tactical planning while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Confidence, high energy, and self-motivation, demonstrating leadership skills and an Innate ability to work harmoniously in a team.
  • A track record of successful performance in an unstructured environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer experience in biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology, virology, immunology, biological sciences, cell therapy, gene therapy, or related disciplines

Responsibilities

  • Leads complex client relationships and sales processes from inception to closure, successfully navigating multiple decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Drive existing funnel of opportunities to accelerate closure rates
  • Apply intelligence-based prospecting to identify new potential opportunities
  • Work as appropriate with Product Management to identify gaps in current offerings to address unmet or emerging client needs
