Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing new business, and making a measurable impact? We're looking for a National Sales Executive to help expand our footprint across the United States/Canada by developing new client relationships and growing revenue.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting and business development skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Nice To Haves

• Experience selling facility services, environmental services, waste management, logistics, commercial cleaning, sustainability solutions, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Selling of a service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities nationwide through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic prospecting.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and executive-level clients.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with operations and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
• Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings as needed.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
