We are building a team of individuals to launch a biologic product that, if approved, would be a novel, only-in class intradiscal intervention for patients suffering this from this condition. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, strategic and customer-oriented Field Sales Director who will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing, launch-ready sales organization to commercialize this novel product upon FDA approval. This leader will partner to shape promotional strategy, drive execution across sites of care, drive brand awareness across pain & interventional spine specialties, with a focus on achieving organizational performance goals. This role requires a leader who can build a new market in an environment with established prescribing behavior in the treatment continuum. The Field Sales Director will play a critical role in launch execution, organizational development, and long-term market expansion.
