National Business Development Associate

LB Contract Supply•Madison, WI
•$60,000 - $120,000•Onsite

About The Position

Waunafab is seeking an ambitious, curious, and resourceful associate to help expand its commercial window-covering manufacturing business nationally. This is not a traditional account-maintenance sales role: the associate will identify construction projects, investigate opportunities, locate purchasing decision-makers, and introduce Waunafab’s products to general contractors and developers across the United States. The associate will begin working in the Madison, Wisconsin office, train directly with company leadership, and gradually take ownership of national business development opportunities. The role provides exposure to commercial construction projects, manufacturing, deal negotiation, and national business expansion. The company is willing to train the right individual in its products, industry, and processes. Regular domestic travel is required as business opportunities develop. Travel may include visiting general contractors, construction sites, and industry events. Success is measured by qualified projects, decision-maker conversations, bid opportunities, and awarded work—not by meetings or travel volume. Compensation is a $60,000–$75,000 base salary plus performance incentives.
