About The Position

DuPont Performance Building Solutions is seeking a strategic National Account Manager to grow and protect business with assigned national and large regional homebuilders. The role owns customer strategy and relationships from corporate offices through operating divisions, translating commercial agreements into product adoption and installed volume. The position partners closely with the Tyvek® Distribution Network to execute division-level conversions, channel strategies, field adoption, business defense, and expansion. The role works across customers, distributors, dealers, and internal teams to develop account plans, negotiate commercial agreements, execute local conversions, expand product and system adoption, and deliver profitable growth. Success is measured by sales, volume, share, and product-mix growth; conversion of builder agreements into installed volume; division penetration and accessory attachment; retention and competitive defense; and effective pipeline management, forecasting, channel execution, and issue resolution. This position offers a competitive base salary, semi-annual incentive opportunity, company vehicle allowance, and comprehensive benefits package. DuPont highlights opportunities to own strategically important accounts, work across channels and commercial functions, gain exposure to senior leaders, develop expertise in building science and market development, and build skills relevant to future growth-focused roles.
