Strategic management of the business within Beauty Retailers with the goal of establishing Wella brands (Wella, Briogeo, Nioxin, Sebastian) as the market leader in sales and service. This position will lead the identification, development, and execution of strategies to deliver key volume drivers for Wella’s portfolio of brands that coexist within a retail & salon environment. The ideal candidate will be expected to create the strategic vision as well as manage the tactical implementation, in all facets, with regards to the brands managed. This role will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional support to assigned accounts while strategically driving profitability and productivity. Joint Business Planning, Market meetings, Promotional Execution, Financial Management, Business Analysis, Forecasting, Trade Spend Management and Strategic Relationship Building. Lead frequent meetings with Retailers and their Buying/Merchant teams. The role will work closely with our internal teams including sales, analytics, finance, planning, and marketing. The role will have direct selling & account management responsibilities and will also partner with our Trade Marketing and Brand teams to develop selling initiatives.
