About The Position

As a National Account Manager, you will be part of our Tools & Outdoor team, working as a remote employee. You will devise and implement a strategic sales plan for the Amazon/ecommerce business with a focus on core growth, promotional planning/execution, and margin improvement. You will establish and own key relationships with Amazon business partners and take full ownership of the sales cycle, including listings, presentations, execution, forecasting, POS projections/reviews, promotional planning, and billing estimates. You will work with cross-functional partners including SBD Operations, Channel, Product, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Licensing, and other Commercial Teams to maximize growth and revenue within the channel. You will communicate opportunities, issues, and trends to management and marketing teams, coordinate and manage the monthly billing cycle for business, demand planning, and unit-based forecasts supported by POS reports and seasonal trends, and effectively manage marketing, promotional, and T&E budgets. You will also coordinate and manage the line review cycle to grow and expand the business and continuously evolve and understand the competitive landscape in order to secure target channel position.

Requirements

  • BS in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 6+ years of Account/Business Management and/or Sales Leadership experience
  • People-oriented leadership approach, are passionate about leader development, people-empowerment as well as coaching and modeling leadership behaviors to a nationally distributed team
  • Effective project management skills as well as strong negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills; strong financial acumen needed
  • Demonstrate an open and collaborative mindset, capable of working in a matrixed organization, regularly studying the latest online consumption/purchase trends, and are able to communicate and implement action plans against them across the business
  • Ability to travel 25% throught the year
  • Ability to support in various time zone to partner with cross functional team members
