About The Position

Olly Olly is seeking driven individuals to build a long-term career in sales, whether they are early in their career or already have experience. The company provides the structure, training, and support needed to develop into high-performing Account Executives in a performance-based environment. The role begins with learning the outbound sales process and setting appointments, then quickly transitions into running a full sales cycle. Olly Olly helps small businesses grow through digital marketing and SaaS solutions, providing tools and support for lead generation, increasing calls and reviews, and growing revenue. This role is structured for individuals who want to build foundational sales skills quickly in a metrics-driven environment, and it is a high-output, new business sales role where activity and consistency directly impact income. It is an environment to build discipline, sharpen skills, and be rewarded for results.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to complete I-9 documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and execute a proven outbound sales process
  • Generate new business pipeline via outbound prospecting (70–80 cold calls/day)
  • Set appointments for senior reps during your ramp period
  • Transition into full-cycle sales (prospect → close) based on performance
  • Sell digital marketing and SaaS solutions to small business owners
  • Handle objections, think on your feet, and create urgency
  • Participate in daily huddles, call reviews, and ongoing training
