Renu, LLC is a turn-key renovation and restoration contractor serving the multifamily housing and hospitality and commercial industries. We specialize in full interior and exterior projects. Based in Texas and providing services throughout the country. At Renu, LLC we lead from every seat. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of executive sales or marketing experience required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
  • Background in multifamily renovation, hospitality and construction required.
  • Must have dependable transportation.
  • Must have an existing book of business and loyal client base.
  • Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Self-starter, embrace ambiguity, and bring uncompromising standards of excellence.
  • Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within the United States.
  • May require overnight travel at least 20% or more as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging in outside business development, which may require spending more than 50% of working hours away from the office.
  • Marketing Renu’s services to various clients which include but are not limited to: Property Managers, Asset Managers, Owner/Operators.
  • Understanding construction materials and practices.
  • Working on multiple projects at one time and managing time effectively.
  • Developing, maintaining, implementing, and revising individual lead generation and business development activities.
  • Acting as the company’s representative to ensure demands are met with a focus on improving overall customer experience.
  • Negotiating jobs with the assistance of the Estimating team.
  • Documenting and maintaining activities through CRM.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure requests are addressed.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to assess customer and market trends.
  • Generating business leads and promoting across all Renu channels.
  • Attending and assisting in promotion of assigned nationally sponsored events, including tradeshows, golf tournaments, social events, luncheons, and any other assigned Renu marketing functions.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
