As a National Account Executive, you will be a primary driver of Engrain’s core product growth. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will lead the strategy for securing large-scale growth and expanding our footprint within the nation’s most prominent multifamily real estate portfolios. Leveraging your expertise in relationship-building, you will provide high-caliber service to integrate clients into the Engrain technology ecosystem. You are someone who anticipates decision-making patterns, uncovers the deep-seated business needs of key customers, and articulates how our "spatial brain" technology provides a definitive visual edge. This role requires a blend of sophisticated influence and technical curiosity; you aren’t just selling a product—you are architecting spatial solutions for C-suite visionaries.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering complex technology solutions to the multifamily industry.
  • A history of consistently meeting or exceeding $330k+ quarterly quotas through a strategic blend of new business development and existing account expansion.
  • The ability to leverage AI-driven market intelligence and trend analysis tools to identify high-value targets and build a data-backed case for ROI.
  • Expert-level skills in managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles within large enterprise organizations, from initial discovery to final C-level approval.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and optimize "team-selling" productivity across national territories.
  • A sophisticated understanding of SaaS metrics and the unique challenges facing large-scale real estate owners in a competitive digital market.
  • Meticulous documentation habits and a mastery of the sales tech stack (Salesforce/HubSpot) to provide accurate, value-added market intelligence to leadership.
  • Experience with or eagerness to learn: ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar generative AI tools
  • Experience with or eagerness to learn: Notebook.ai as a training resource for onboarding and ongoing training
  • Experience with or eagerness to learn: Data enrichment and intelligence tools (e.g., Clay)
  • Ability to adapt quickly as tools, processes, and best practices evolve

Responsibilities

  • Drive Enterprise Growth: Execute a sophisticated sales plan to secure high-value new logos and expand Engrain’s footprint within massive existing real estate portfolios, carrying a quarterly software quota of $330k+.
  • AI-Powered Strategy: Develop and lead a territory penetration strategy that leverages AI-driven market intelligence and deep industry insights to identify and prioritize the most lucrative enterprise targets.
  • Precision Outreach: Use AI sales productivity tools to synthesize complex account data, enabling highly tailored outreach and the creation of spatial solutions that solve specific C-suite challenges.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly activity metrics for outbound touches and qualified discovery meetings set for the Account Executive team.
  • High-Stakes Influence: Deliver compelling executive-level presentations to C-suite visionaries, utilizing data visualization and AI-backed insights to demonstrate long-term ROI and the competitive "visual edge" of our "spatial brain" technology.
  • Portfolio Expansion: Masterfully manage a robust pipeline of new logo leads while strategically partnering with Account Managers to penetrate existing large-scale portfolios through high-impact cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Advanced Sales Tech Stack: Optimize your workflow within Salesforce and HubSpot by utilizing AI transcription and automated summarization to meticulously document and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
  • Strategic Intelligence: Act as a critical feedback loop for leadership, providing value-added market intelligence derived from trend analysis tools to help shape Engrain’s product roadmap and enterprise strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize team-selling productivity and ensure a unified brand voice across all national accounts.
  • Industry Thought Leadership: Serve as a premiere expert in the proptech space, staying ahead of AI advancements and competitive dynamics to represent Engrain as a thought leader at national events and trade shows.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Travel 10% - 25% to build deep-rooted, face-to-face relationships with national stakeholders and C-suite visionaries.
  • Use AI tools to increase speed, quality, and effectiveness in daily sales work.
