The National Account Executive – Packaged Beverages serves as the central communication hub for the Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) Packaged Beverages (PB) Route to Market supporting the Walmart business. This role is responsible for connecting strategy to execution across the Packaged Beverage Route to Market System by driving clear, consistent communication of priorities, performance expectations, and field execution standards. Operating at the intersection of sales, operations, and field execution, this leader ensures alignment across Walmart Home Office, KDP leadership, and the Packaged Beverage field organization. The role focuses on improving service levels, enhancing execution against Walmart KPIs, and accelerating issue resolution through structured communication, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination. This position works in close partnership with the Business Transformation Team to ensure operational initiatives, tools, and processes are translated into practical, repeatable execution across the Field Team.
