About The Position

The Napkin Assistant supports the Napkin operator with basic production functions, including assisting with folder press operation and documenting folder press output. The role is responsible for personal safety, accurate information exchange with the incoming crew, learning skills needed for progression to the next position, assisting team members, housekeeping, and reporting food safety problems to personnel authorized to act. Other duties may be assigned. The position is based in Oconto, Wisconsin, and is listed as full-time on the night shift from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide units of measure and compute ratios, rates, and percentages.
• Ability to read safety rules, tool and equipment instructions, and procedures related to mechanical drawing and layout work.
• Ability to write reports using proper format, punctuation, spelling, and grammar.
• Ability to read instructions for assembling and disassembling equipment or machinery.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Factory experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
