About The Position

Jovie is hiring experienced, engaging caregivers to provide in-home care for infants and toddlers with local families throughout Palo Alto. The role offers daytime hours, supportive leadership, and opportunities for growth. Assignments vary according to family needs, caregiver availability, and scheduling preferences. Most assignments involve infants and toddlers, although opportunities may occasionally include older children. Caregivers are paid every two weeks via direct deposit.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of infant childcare experience.
• Love working with infants and toddlers.
• Be dependable and professional.
• Communicate well with parents and children.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Provide at least two references related to childcare work and one character reference.
• Be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• Monday–Friday availability is preferred.
• Childcare experience may come from nannying, babysitting, daycare, preschool, church nursery, or other childcare settings.
