About The Position

Dream Nannies is seeking an experienced, full-time live-in nanny for a family near Boca Raton, Florida. The nanny will primarily care for two children, ages 5 years and 8 months, with most of the day focused on the infant. The role calls for a calm, patient, nurturing caregiver who loves children, attends closely to their needs, understands developmental milestones, and can provide a peaceful, engaging, structured environment. The day typically begins around 6:30 AM with help supporting the family’s morning routine. While the mother nurses the baby, the nanny helps the 5-year-old get dressed and ready for school. The rest of the day is generally devoted to the infant’s care, including feeding, naps, developmental activities, and consistent routines. In the afternoons, the nanny assists with the older child, including occasional school pickups and drop-offs, transportation to activities, and support with the evening routine. The nanny also helps prepare the children for bedtime and puts the baby down around 7:00–7:30 PM. This is a fully staffed household. The family has older children with their own nanny, as well as two housekeepers, a private chef, and a personal assistant. The nanny must communicate well, be flexible, collaborate with household staff, respect established routines, and contribute to an organized and harmonious home. This full-time, live-in position is Monday through Friday, with some additional weekend coverage needed. Compensation is $300 per day, and live-in accommodations are provided.

Responsibilities

Care for two children, ages 5 years and 8 months, with most of the day focused on the infant.

Occasionally handle school pickups and drop-offs and transport the 5-year-old to activities.

Communicate and collaborate with other household staff, respect established routines, and contribute to a positive, organized home environment.
