About The Position

Dream Nannies is seeking an experienced, full-time live-in nanny for a family near Boca Raton, Florida. The nanny will primarily care for two children, ages 5 years and 8 months, with most of the day focused on the infant. The family seeks someone calm, patient, nurturing, attentive, and knowledgeable about infant development who can provide a peaceful, engaging, structured environment. The day typically begins around 6:30 AM, helping with the morning routine and assisting the 5-year-old with getting dressed and ready for school while the mother nurses the baby. The remainder of the day centers on the 8-month-old's feeding, naps, developmental activities, and consistent routines. Afternoons may include caring for the 5-year-old, occasional school pickups and drop-offs, transportation to activities, and assistance with the evening routine. The nanny will help prepare the children for bed and put the baby down around 7:00–7:30 PM. This is a fully staffed household with additional older children who have their own nanny, two housekeepers, a private chef, and a personal assistant. The nanny must communicate well, be flexible, collaborate with household staff, respect established routines, and contribute to an organized and harmonious home. The position is full-time, live-in, Monday through Friday, with some additional weekend coverage. Compensation is $300 per day, and live-in accommodations are provided.

Requirements

Extensive infant experience.
Strong understanding of developmental milestones.
Calm, patient, and nurturing demeanor; genuinely loves children and is attentive to their needs.
Professional, adaptable, flexible, and able to communicate and work well as part of a team.
Availability Monday through Friday, with some additional weekend coverage.
Comfort working in a fully staffed household and collaborating with other household staff.

Responsibilities

Help with the family's morning routine, including getting the 5-year-old dressed and ready for school while the mother nurses the baby.
Provide attentive care for the 8-month-old, including feeding, naps, developmental activities, and maintaining consistent routines.
Assist with the 5-year-old in the afternoons, including occasional school pickups and drop-offs and transportation to activities.
Help with the children's evening routine and prepare them for bedtime.
Put the baby down around 7:00–7:30 PM.
Communicate and collaborate with other household staff, respect established routines, and contribute to an organized, harmonious home environment.
