About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team to create meaningful moments of connection and joy while operating a welcoming coffeehouse for the community. The role combines business leadership with coaching and developing team partners, sales-focused work, and delivering a quality customer experience. The work is full-time and regularly demands more than 40 hours per week, with variable scheduling that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country of application.
Ability to work full-time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
