About The Position

A warm, established family centrally located in Denver, Colorado is seeking an experienced, mature, and exceptionally grounded full-time live-out Nanny/House Manager for a long-term placement. This family is deeply loyal to the people who work with them and is committed to finding the right person to grow with them for years to come. The position runs Monday through Friday with 40 guaranteed hours per week. The role blends childcare and household management, with responsibilities shifting throughout the day. The ideal candidate is comfortable working alongside a parent who is frequently present and understands the nuance of that dynamic. No weekend expectations. Flexibility for occasional evenings and the ability to hold down the household independently during periodic family travel is a meaningful plus. A strict NDA is required. Standard vaccinations including Tdap and MMR are preferred. Comfort with large dogs is required. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Requirements

  • BA/BS COLLEGE DEGREE | AA IN RELATED FIELD OF STUDY | OR A MINIMUM OF 5+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL NANNY EXPERIENCE
  • UP TO DATE FIRST-AID & CPR CERTIFICATION (WILLINGNESS TO RENEW AS NEEDED)
  • THE ABILITY TO MAKE A ONE-YEAR COMMITMENT UNLESS APPLYING FOR A TEMPORARY POSITION
  • A PASSION FOR WORKING WITH CHILDREN
  • 5+ YEARS OF CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE IN ANY FIELD
  • EXCELLENT WORK AND PERSONAL REFERENCES
  • U.S. DRIVER’S LICENSE (THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO NYC RESIDENTS)
  • MUST BE A COMPETENT SWIMMER (IF AND WHEN REQUIRED)
