About The Position

This role is for a Household Manager/Nanny to support a busy, devoted single dad and his three active children. The position is located in Eighty Four, PA, and offers guaranteed 32-40 hours weekly with a flexible schedule that rotates every other week. The hourly rate is $35+. The family lives on a 17-acre property and values consistency, seeking someone to grow with them long-term (5+ years). The role combines childcare support with household management, focusing on transportation, after-school logistics, and maintaining household order. A family vehicle will be provided for child transportation. Responsibilities include laundry, tidying, light meal prep, errands, organization, calendar management, booking travel, handling school forms, coordinating appointments, and managing household tasks. Proactive communication and weekly summary emails are appreciated. The family has a bulldog.

Requirements

  • Previous nanny experience for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Driver's license.
  • Vehicle.
  • Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Provide childcare support for three children (12, 9, and 5 years old).
  • Manage household tasks including laundry, tidying, vacuuming, sweeping, and light meal preparation.
  • Run errands and assist with organization.

  • Handle school forms and registrations.
  • Book flights for upcoming vacations.
  • Purchase last-minute gifts.
  • Transport children using a provided family vehicle.
  • Assist with after-school logistics, homework support, and dinner preparation.
  • Prepare for the next day.
  • Provide weekly summary emails and proactive communication.
