About The Position

A warm, active family of five in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking an experienced, full-time live-out Nanny/House Manager to join their household team. This role is for someone who genuinely loves working with children and is ready to engage every day. The family has three children: a 3-year-old boy and two girls ages 7 and 9. The first year will focus on hands-on childcare for the 3-year-old, who attends part-time preschool. As he transitions to full-time school, the role will evolve to include more driving, activity coordination, and family assistant responsibilities. The position operates Monday through Friday, 11:30 am to 7:30 pm, in collaboration with the mother. When the mother is present, the nanny will support household needs. This role requires situational awareness and a team-minded approach. The household is fully staffed with an estate manager and housekeeper, and comfort working alongside other staff is essential. The family's parenting style is warm, relaxed, and traditional, valuing genuine excitement in their children's nanny over rigidity. Screen time is minimal, with tablets reserved for travel. Spanish fluency is a plus. Approximately two to four overnight stays per month are required, with occasional weekend flexibility when the father travels. Travel with the family is welcomed, including potential extended summer travel.
