About The Position

A warm, active family of five in a gated Spring community is seeking an experienced, full-time, live-out nanny to join their household team and become a trusted, long-term presence in their children's daily lives. The family has three children: a 3-year-old boy and two girls ages 7 and 9. The role will evolve from hands-on childcare for the 3-year-old to include more driving, activity coordination, and family assistant responsibilities as he transitions to full-time school. The position runs Monday through Friday, 11:30 am to 7:30 pm, in a team dynamic with the mother. When the mother is present, the nanny will support other household needs. The home is fully staffed with an estate manager and housekeeper. The family's parenting approach is warm, relaxed, and traditional, valuing genuine excitement from their children about their nanny. Minimal screen time is practiced, with tablets reserved for travel. Spanish fluency is a bonus. Approximately two to four overnight stays per month are required, with occasional weekend flexibility. Travel with the family is welcomed, including potential for extended summer travel. The targeted start date is August 6, 2026, with some flexibility. Out-of-state candidates are welcome and offered relocation assistance.
