About The Position
We are seeking a Live-In or Live-Out Nanny / Family Assistant for our household in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. The primary responsibility will be caring for our 8-month-old baby, as our two older children (8 and 6) will be in school during the day. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, observant, and takes genuine ownership of helping the household run smoothly. We are looking for a long-term commitment from someone who can become a valued part of our family. Requirements
- Significant infant experience is a must.
- Comfortable cooking/preparing simple, healthy meals.
- Clean driving record.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Clean background check.
- Excellent references.
- Limited personal phone use during the workday, especially while caring for children.
- Demonstrated history of staying with families long-term.
- Proactive, observant, and takes initiative.
- Comfortable with a tidy, health-conscious household.
- Willingness to undergo an advanced background check.

Responsibilities
- General childcare, with a focus on the 8-month-old baby.
- Cooking simple, healthy meals and snacks for the children and family.
- Family laundry, changing sheets, tidying, organizing.
- Unloading the dishwasher and keeping children's rooms and common areas in order.
- Meal prep and grocery restocking.
- Driving and running errands.
- Helping with family and pets.
- Keeping the household running smoothly.
- Occasional travel with the family.
- Supervising children in and around the pool.
