Requirements

- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

- Patience, reliability, and a nurturing demeanor are essential.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the family and children.
- Background check clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and compassionate care for children in a safe environment.
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities and educational games.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area and living space.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs.
- Support children's emotional and social development through positive reinforcement.
- Manage daily schedules, including playtime, nap time, and outings.
- Be a reliable and trustworthy presence that children can depend on.
